'memories and landscape'In this new body of work, I aim to express through colour and scale the moments in the landscape that have made an enduring impression on me. Often these moments are visual, emotional and intellectual - causing a moment of reflection or the start of a path to a new way of seeing.

The Painted River ProjectI was invited to participate in the Painted River Project. This was a collaboration between the University of Western Sydney and the Moree regional gallery, BAMM. A group of artists, including Elizabeth Cummings and Sophie Cape met with scientists. farmers and community and talked around the topic of water. These are some of the works which came from this stimulating conversation.

'wrap your. loving arms around me', Bouddi National Park triptych'in response to a few days of residency generously provided near this special coastal park close to Sydney, I painting this triptych. In the heat of summer, on rocky sandstone escarpments, the Angophora trees intertwine and become impenetrable - they were either embracing me or trapping me - I chose the former. I needed scale for this and chose the triptych to convey the sense of being surrounded.
